七夕の夜に

週明けの月曜日はなかなかエンジンがかかりませんでしたが、午後からBladeのセミナーの講師をしなければならなかったので、自ずとエンジンがかかりました。前回のセミナーで非常に好評を頂いていたので、かなり自信を持って臨むことが出来、言葉も軽快に繰り出すことができた気がします。ただ、まだまだこうできたらと思うところもありますし、日々勉強です。
セミナー後に営業さんと話しましたが、Bladeセミナーに加えてEssentialsという管理系のソフトウェアのセミナー、そして仮想化についてのセミナーをもこれからやっていきたいとのことでした。そうなると非常に負荷が高くなるので、現行のBladeと外注しているEssentialsセミナーを他の方に任せて、新たに行おうとしている仮想化セミナーのプランニングを私が担当することになりそうです。
資料をシンプルに作り、言葉で伝えることの大切さを、ここ最近身に沁みているので、それを反映した資料・セミナーを作ることが出来ればと思っています。

I was not interested in my work at the beginning of this week. But I had to take charge of the seminar's instructor about Blade server from that afternoon. My motivation was increasing gradually. At the previous seminar, everyone said to me that I did good job. That confidence made me relax. And I could talk comfortably. However, there were a lot of things to be able to improve. So, I intend to study more.
After the seminar, I discussed with the sales rep about next plan of these seminars. He would like to hold the virtualization seminar and Essentials seminar separately from the current Blade seminar in the next month and the future. If I did these seminars, my load would become heavier than now. So, he suggested to me that I should succeed the instructor of the current Blade seminar and Essentials seminar to other persons. And he also said to me that I should take charge of new seminar's (virtualization) instructor.
I agreed with him. Recently, I noticed that making simple materials for explaining and messaging with simple words are important. That is why, I would like to make the materials that are full of my thinking.
