新たなワンステップ

近頃、自分の仕事の在り方とか転職について考える時間が多いですが、そんなタイミングで一番仲の良い営業さんが大阪に行くという話を本人から聞きました。非常に仕事に対してマインドが高い方で、自分が新人だった頃から非常にお世話になっていました。そう思うと淋しいですが、自身のステップアップのために大阪で、会社の新規事業を立ち上げるとの事で、ポジティブな異動だということをおっしゃっていました。
私もそろそろ同じ営業部を担当して4年です。外に目を向けるのも良いが、社内で自分の環境を変えていくということも1つの手だなと感じたので、早速明日上司にキャリアパスについて話してみようと思います。
Recently, I had a lot of time to think about my work and changing my job. When I am so, The sales rep who gets along with me told me that he intend to work at Osaka from 2009. He is a very clever man against work. He was very kind to me when I entered the company. I heard that and I felt sad. He said to me that this change is very positive for him because he will take charge of starting a new business up.
I have taken charge of supporting the same sales department for about 4 years. It is good to see outside of the company and it is one way to change my environment in the company. At once, I intend to talk about my career path with my manager tomorrow.
