若さゆえ…なのか？

今日はいらつくことばかりありました。先日書いたセミナーの講師を他の方にお願いするという打ち合わせが午前中にありました。
まず時間通りに集まらないというのが社会人としてどうなのかと思います。連絡があればまだしも、連絡すら無し。それによりミーティングは開始できず、15分遅れでの開始になりました。
また、お願いしたい内容を話しても「何でこれお金とってやらないの？」と端からあまり気乗りしない様子。そもそもお金取ったらお客さん来ませんがな。そういったいらつきを抑えつつも、お願いすることはお願いしました。
次にスケジュールについて話しても、夏休みだから無理だの1点張り。そこは譲って次の週ではどうですか？とお願いしても、初めてやることだし、夏休みの後じゃ準備に時間が取れないしとのたまいます。夏休み前に準備しとけばいいじゃんかよ、俺より暇なんだから…とは言いませんでしたが。
もう一人の人は、実際に機械を触るということで、詳しくなっちゃうなーなんて言います。自社の製品を語れないやつがお客さんから信頼を得られるわけないだろ…と思いながら、その打ち合わせの後、部長と二人で愚痴ってました（部長にもなんとか言ってほしいが…）
と、長い愚痴はここまでにして、自分の仕事・環境を変えたいという話は部長と二人で話しました。真摯に受け止めていただき、検討していただけるとの事でした。もちろん、自分でも動くつもりです。さらにステップアップできるように取り組んでいくつもりです。
There were a lot of irritated things today. I held the meeting in the morning for asking the instructor of the seminars which I wrote on my blog.
At first, one person wasn't in time. I think it is not good as a worker. If he told me about his being late by telephone, I might consent. But he didn't contact me. By his doing that, we couldn't start our meeting on time. It started 15 minutes behind schedule.
Also, when I told the thing to ask them, he said "Why do you not get some money by holding this seminar?". It seemed that he took little interest. I think that getting some money from our customers doesn't let them come to our seminars. However, I controlled my irritation, and asked the thing to ask.
Next, I talked about our schedule. He said that he planned to have a summer vacation and it was impossible to take charge of the instructor by that. I conceded that and asked him to do that after your vacation. But he made excuses that it would be the first time for him and he had no time to prepare for this seminar. I think he should prepare before his vacation, because he has more time than me!
I was also amazed that another person of two person said that he would become the man which knew about our products very much. I think the man who cannot talk about our products cannot get customer's reliability. After the meeting finished, I and my manager complained each other. To tell the truth, I want my manager to say something to them..
I intend to finish my long complaint now. I talked with my manager about my thought which is to change my role and environment. He received that sincerely. Of course, I intend to do a lot of things. Moreover, I intend to work on something for my growing.
